Director Amir Valinia says he identifies with the main character now more than ever since his own girlfriend passed away in a tragic accident just two weeks before principal photography. "Flashes" is being shot partly on a grant from the city of Houston, it's the 25th feature film to go into production this year from an InkTip script, and it's also Andrew Henderson's first option through InkTip.

Terry Hitchcock, 56-year-old father, ran 75 marathons in 75 days. Cruell, the creator of the first daily Internet Horror Micro-Serial "31," has the short films "Flesh" and "I Need You" slated for production January/February 2013.
